Lit Girls Who Walk 💞 9/8

Join us for an NEW energizing 45-minute summer workout, brought to you in collaboration with Lit&Lean, where fitness meets fun in the heart of the city.

Our Summer Workout will have bursts of Lit&Lean signature moves on the beat, starting with a 10 minutes warm up and a 30 minutes power walk! (Feel free to bring your ankle weights for extra burn 🔥)

In classic Lit&Lean style, immerse yourself in the rhythm of the walk with our silent disco headphones and groove to an exclusive playlist curated by Liz, guaranteed to keep your spirits high and energy levels up.

We’ll start the walk at 10:30, but ask everyone to arrive ahead to enjoy some drinks by @boxedwater @getgorgie and receive @trufru socks/fanny packs on a first come first serve base 💞 make sure to bring a small backpack or fanny pack with you to carry your belongings during the walk !

In addition to that, everyone will receive samples by @seadropskincare & @nuunhydrayion to take home with you 🤗

Our picturesque route winds through the West Side Highway, ending at Bedford Studio in the West Village, where we will be treated to a complimentary iced coffee to enjoy some post workout mingle with the girls!

We’ll end the morning with a special GIVEAWAY for a free set of @litandlean bands & a @girlswhomeet hat 🚨
